What the report covers:

Important — dealer work only: This report covers maintenance, repairs, and warranty work carried out at authorized BMW dealerships only. Any servicing performed by independent garages, mobile mechanics, or non-BMW workshops won't appear in BMW's central database and therefore won't be included in the report. If your car has spent most of its life outside the BMW dealer network, the report may show fewer entries than its true service history.
